Consolidation work for the church nave vaulted structure and conservative restoration of the polychrome decorations surfaces
The objective was to secure the vaulted surfaces of the church, crossed by deep transverse lesions, which continued vertically along the side walls, basically due to subsidence differential depths, caused by the elevation of the church, which occurred in 1753. Creation of a hood that collaborates with the extrados of the vault, reinforced by a fibreglass mesh, connected to the vault with connectors and the insertion of new transversal chains, to contain the transversal thrusts of the barrel vault. The works have been completed by the restoration of the decorative apparatus of the entire vaulted surface, painted in the mid-eighteenth century with illusive sets of great charm
