The project consists in refurbishment of two floors office in Milan center, develops in only two months
The new Led Taxand office, an italian tax law firm, is located in Via Dante, one of the main commercial walks in Milan: enhanced by a sober and elegant urban furnishings, historical palaces and a total pedestrian (with the intervention of 1996), the street is the link between the Castello Sforzesco and Piazza Duomo since the nineteenth century.
The project consists in the refurbishment of two floors in Milan center, completed in just 45 days, with a particular attention to costs and time.
The project proposes a renewed functional distribution distinguishing the private area of the offices, on the second floor, from the public area on the firts one.
The clients are welcomed by the details and the rational division of the space.
At the entrance a wooden front desk, underlined by an Artemide’s suspension lamp, leads to the next room, where a glass cube encloses the accountancy room; close attention has been given to the customized design of all the entrance details.
A long corridor, which circularly follows the internal courtyard, connects the various work spaces distinguished by a carpet in different color and patterns. All meeting rooms are separated by a glazes surface and an applied film gives dynamism to the space and increases the level of privacy.
G*AA architects want to talk about (opp narrate) the space of these offices with the light; a great attention has been given to the lighting design: the combination of horizontal and vertical elements provide dynamism and rhythm to the space.
Design is the key, but the completion of every project on time and on the budget is just as fundamental to our work.
Thanks to all team the final result is obtained coordinating the craftsmen who make the space really unique, in particular the main meeting room is completely designed “on measure”.
