Project to restore an agricultural farmhouse in the “Park of the Dora” a Collegno (TO)

A process still in progress, for the transformation of a farmhouse in a shelter / sanctuary for animals rescued from the slaughter. The project had to include a variation to the PRGC of the municipality of Collegno, because the area was located in the agronatural park of the Dora and on the area there were numerous urban constraints. We have produced all the documentation to obtain a Variante Parziale ex. art. 17 comma 5 of L.R. 56/77, and we got our project started, which consists in the recovery of existing buildings, the construction of “Nastro Verde” made with trees and native plants and the construction of a stable for cattle made of straw bales…
