CONCEPT
The fast casual dining Savurè is a new gourmet concept where the dough is done, is cooked and where you can buy it or eat it. The principle of fast casual dining is the evolution of fast food and street food combined with the best quality. Savurè is high catering for all food, genuine and natural, a real Grandma’s kitchen from contemporary look.
CHALLENGES
The challenge is to create a typically Italian space in which you live an experience at 360°. The pasta shop, kitchen and catering must be one thing. A welcoming and inviting place where is guaranteed the ancient Italian tradition of fresh home made pasta.
RESULTS
The restaurant was conceived as a pasta factory with kitchen. Entering I find a very nice environment in every single part. The floor is porcelain-parquet already used. Diamond tiles walls and wallpapers designed by architects that reproduce kitchen utensils. Eco-leather benches and tables with marble niches with frames and a large Carrara marble counter topped with “scolapasta” lights decorate the entire local. The predominant colors are white flour, sage green and red tomato. The goal of experience has been fully achieved.
